I think you get AP in out of Country when you are applying.
I'm in same boat as you couple of months of back and i canceled my trip as I got advise from Expert (Attorney) that AP's approved when out of country are not valid.

I am married to GC holder who is becoming USC on April 30. so i am sending my AOS application on May 1. Dont you think i am still in status since my H1b extension petition is pending????

Are you married to a USC? If so, you have nothing to worry about. Do not travel until your GC is approved as AP is not 100% safe for people that overstayed.

You can move you H1B visa from Company A to Company B. Talk to your attorney. Because you already have an approved H1 you will not be subject to H1 cap while applying for H1 through Company B.
I do not think Company A can apply for a H1 extension based on I140 and I485 of comapny B. But ask your attorney as to what your options are

The text is printed on your SSN card based on your visa status at the time of application. EAD is also a temporary status, this also requires a renewal. Hence, you would not be able to "remove" the text from your SSN card until your receive the GC.
Hi, Sorry if this has been asked already.. I am on H1B and the primary applicant... Can I change my SSN to remove "Work with Authorization only" statement on SSN by using EAD?
I am planning to stay on H1B and I dont want to invalidate H1B by doing this.

I applied on April 7th and got on June 8th.
Send documents to Nebraska Center.

Here's an example of my first outing with my new lens, shooting birds in a nature preserve bird feeder area. I used a monopod on a cloudy day. I didn't realize how quick those little buggers can be. I shot manual and found the autofocus to be irritating at times. Any feedback on doing this kind of shooting would be appreciated.

If you are accessing that from work then probably you are prohibited to see that (Through proxy and/or firewall and/or websense). I can not see that either through IE or firefox from work and could see it well from home through both browsers.

my self (h1 holder) and my spouse (h4 holder) currently out of country. 485 approved for h1 holder. but AOS is still pending for h4 holder. H4 holder does not have AP.
What happens at POE ? We both have valid h1 and h4 stamping but no AP. are we allowed to re-enter on H1 and H4 ?

On Feburary 7th, 2011 we mailed the document to the address we have on file. You should receive the new document within 30 days. If you do not, or if you move before you get it, call customer service.
Any idea what this could be?

My wife is currently in the US on H4 Status and she is taking classes at a local university on a part time basis.
We are planning to go for our visa revalidation next month.
How should i answer DS 156 Question #33.Do you intend to study in the US? for my wife?
I think i should answer yes since she will continue taking classes after we come back to the US. Will this be an issue since she is on H4?
